Recruitment Process

 Pre Screening

Short listed applicants undertake a pre interview by our qualified human resource recruiting officers. This procedure will narrow down the applicants to only the most qualified individuals before presenting them to employers.



Final Interview

Those who passed the pre-screening will then be presented to the interviewer of the company representative for ultimate selection. This process varies from different employers. CV’s could be forwarded to employers, online interviews or the employer could travel and conduct the interview themselves. In the applications of technical post, RAABI will arrange the trade test.

Medical Test

The successful applicants will be sent for Medical and Psychological evaluation. These tests should be passed to ensure that they are physically and mentally capable of working abroad.

Documentation and Processing

On completion of medical the documents of candidate are submitted to relevant embassy along with Passport for endorsement of Visa and upon visa endorsement the necessary travel arrangements like tickets, booking etc. are made.

Pre-departure Orientation

We provide basic orientation program to the selected applicants before they depart for their destinations. We orient them about the nature of their jobs, duties and responsibilities, cultures of the respective country and the environment they will reside in. All of our past employees have been benefited from this program by receiving training in specific fields and qualifying for their employment.


At this stage, the selected candidate is now ready for departure as per employer instructions.
